KL-233I Dual Pump (Water Tank) Relay Water Level Controller

Description

This water level controller is designed to control two water pumps. It adopts a two-pump relay mode to pump water from a well to a high-level water tank. Normally, a simple water level controller with one single pump can automatically deliver water from the well to the tank. However, when there is a large elevation difference between the well and the target tank, it becomes difficult for a single pump to complete the water delivery. In such cases, an intermediate tank and an extra pump can be added between them. Pump 1 first pumps water from the well to Tank 1, then Pump 2 transfers water from Tank 1 to Tank 2. This design halves the lifting head for each pump, enabling smooth operation. By detecting the water level of the two tanks, this controller manages the operation of the two pumps, realizing automatic water delivery in the flow: Well → Tank 1 → Tank 2. It maintains normal water levels of both tanks, prevents dry running and frequent startup of pumps so as to protect pump equipment.
